Wander With Familee is an AI-powered travel itinerary service designed for families. We generate personalised travel plans based on information you provide, including destination, dates, family composition, travel style, and budget. We also offer a premium Personal Review service in which our team provides a bespoke, human-reviewed travel plan.

The itineraries we generate are intended as a starting point for your travel planning. They are not a substitute for professional travel advice, and we make no guarantee that the information in any itinerary is accurate, complete, or current at the time of your travel.

By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You may use the service on behalf of your family, including minor children, but you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with these Terms.

Access to certain features requires you to sign in via Manus OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the service without our express written permission
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service

Itineraries are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that are not suitable for your specific circumstances. You should independently verify all travel information — including visa requirements, entry conditions, health advisories, opening hours, prices, and transport options — before making any bookings or commitments.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from reliance on AI-generated itinerary content.

Certain features, including the Personal Review, require payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Due to the nature of digital services and the work involved in producing a Personal Review, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it.

Our itineraries include links to third-party services such as Skyscanner and Booking.com. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

All content on this site — including the design, layout, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Curiosity At Work Asia Pacific Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Itineraries generated for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share a link to your itinerary with family and friends, but you may not resell or commercially exploit any generated content.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any itinerary or other content generated by the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Curiosity At Work Asia Pacific Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or HKD 500, whichever is greater.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
